Patsy Riccardello

Patsy “ Bobby” Riccardello age 92, of Livingston, NJ, passed away peacefully on Wednesday September 19, 2012. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Philomena’s Church 396 South Livingston Avenue Livingston, NJ, on Friday September 21, 2012 at 10 AM. Entombment to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery East Hanover. The family will receive their friends at Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home 145 E. Mt. Pleasant Avenue Livingston, NJ; today Thursday September 20, 2012, from 3-8 PM. Patsy was a landscaper for 75 years and the owner of Patsy Riccardello Landscaping before his retirement 2 years ago. He loved bike riding and avid sports fan, he loved to travel, visiting over 80 countries, spending over 50 years in Alcapulco, Mexico. Patsy was a member of the East Orange Civic Club, and was a member and past president of the Sant’ Andrean Club. Born in Sant’ Andrea di Conza in the Province of Avellino in Italy, to the late Giuseppe and Annunziata Tobia Riccardello. Patsy was also predeceased by his beloved wife Fannie Scannelli Riccardello, his sister’s Ida Gray and her husband Lester, Lois Tartaglia and her husband Marc a brother Joseph Riccardello and brother-in-law Harold “ Buddy” Bruett. Patsy is survived by his devoted children Patti Riccardello Eyrich and her husband Richard, Joseph “Ricky” and his wife Gloria, Debbi and Monica Riccardello, loving grandson Nicholas R. Eyrich, dear brother of Anthony Riccardello and his wife Anna, Nancy Reardon and her husband James, Marie Fidalgo and her husband Ray, Florence “Lucy” Bruett and his sister-in-law Dot Riccardello and many loving nieces and nephews.
