Allan M. ScottMarch 29, 1934 “ April 4, 2019Allan M. Scott, 85, of Boulder passed away April 4, 2019 at his home.He was born March 29, 1934 in Jersey City, New Jersey to James and Mona (Skelly) Scott. Allan moved at age 15 with his family to England for his father's work. He attended the University of London and the University of Liverpool, earning a Law degree.On February 18, 1961 he married Rosa Robbie Peter in Evesham, Worchester, England.Allan practiced family law in England until moving to Kingston Jamaica where he was Chief Operating officer for the Bank of Novia Scotia Trust company. He retired in 1989 and moved to Boulder.He was a member of the Church of England and in Boulder at Saint John's Episcopal Church. Allan was also a member of the Rotary Club of Kingston Jamaica.Allan was active in many sports as a young man in England, including soccer, tennis, rugby and cricket. In retirement he became an avid golfer.He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters Susan Scott and Mary Scott Walker.Allan is survived by his wife Robbie, three sons Mark and wife Tammy, Neil and wife Jeanie and Gary; five grandchildren Katherine, Nicholas, Sara, Chasity and Carmen and 4 great grandchildren, Aubrie, Caroline, Thea and Elijah.Memorial services will be held 2:00 pm Tuesday, April 9, 2019 at the Ahlberg Funeral Chapel.
