It doesn't seem like it has been a year already since Betty left this earthly life.  I still have her picture on my refrigerator, so I can look at her and think of her often.  And when I think of Betty, I can't help but smile through tears.  What an absolutely amazing lady and Christian she was.  As I said last year, a modern-day Dorcas.  I miss her.

Missing Betty. She was a laugh a minute and a great friend for shopping. A creative talented lady. Her florals were beautiful. Missing her sweet spirit!

Our heart and prayers go out to the entire family of Betty. My brother Vern was married to this wonderful lady and gave him many years of love and joy. We will miss you Betty. Sending Heavenly hugs from all the Kluver's.................................tom

Our family loved and enjoyed Betty. She was always up for fun to go out to lunch and shopping. She enjoyed finding lovely bargains. Betty along with her daughter, would be the first to commit to making wreaths, floral arrangements and beautiful crafts to display and sell in an annual charity event to raise money for local charities in the community. Betty was wise and would share her wisdom with others. She was a wonderful friend and enjoyed her time with Christian friends. She is so loved, will be missed and remembered for all the blessings she brought to the lives of those who loved her.

I am so sorry for your loss. Betty was just a wonderful person in so many ways. Her smile, her laugh, her wonderful sense of humor, her creativity and generosity and love for others. She was always creating something: purses, flower arrangements, artwork, and during the pandemic, almost 2,000 masks, which  she gave away. She made caps for the premature babies at Children’s Hospital and blankets to donate, as well. Betty was a modern- day Dorcas. I used to tease her and say that I wanted to be like her when I grew up, but I could never be the person that Betty was ! She will be missed so much ! I feel like she was an angel while still here on earth. 💔 God has surely welcomed such an angel into His presence.

I recently met Betty at the Diamond Dots Thursday afternoons at Carbon Valley Senior Center in Firestone.  I attended her 90th birthday party.  She was so welcoming to me, I loved her enthusiasm and happy disposition.  She was really liked by everyone, such a bright star.  I was glad that I had some time with her.

I am so sorry for your loss but how wonderful that you had 90 years with her.  I had hoped to attend her 95th and 100th birthday parties.  She will be missed.  I will miss her.  Warmest regards, Cheri Richards

We had such fun together doing a zip line on the cruise to Alaska. As I remember she was quite proud to be doing this at 80 years of age.
