Bill was born on June 14, 1925 in New Pittsburg, Ohio, to James & Marylynn Loper. Bill was a WWII Army Veteran, and served in the South Pacific. Bill was an over the road Truck Driver for many years. Bill was married three times. He is survived by four children; Jerry (Debbie), Shelia (Ralph), Bill (Debbie), And Brian (Julie), several grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
A Memorial Service was held on Saturday, February 18th, 2023 at the Erie United Methodist Church. Per his wishes, Bill will be placed to rest at Fort Logan National Cemetery, with Military Honors, at a date yet to be determined. Details are forthcoming.
