He was my uncle I would go to house have a smartie and tell him about my life once a month I miss him so much I didn’t get to say goodbye 
 

Billy Dean, you were a kind quiet  person and will be missed.  Thank you for you service in the BCFD.  God bless you and keep you in the palm of His hands.  Another angel called Home but never to be forgotten.  You left your mark in the hearts of many.  

No words can express what a selfless and amazing man you were.  You will be missed every day by myself, your brother and your niece and nephew.  I am very grateful for the relationship you built with my children over the last few years and especially Brendan that you spent lots of time with every week.  He really enjoyed going to your house several days a week and talking to you!  Wayne & I are grateful for what you have allowed us to do!  I love you Dean!  May you rest in paradise.  

Dean, you will always have a special place in my heart..Friday the 13th will always be our day.. rest in peace my friend..your job here is done .  Another South Baltimore resident gone too soon.

    I'm sad I didn't get to say good bye.  I love you so much. You might be a quiet man but you have a heart of gold. 
 I honor you for being selfless and putting your life in danger to save others and always there helping others in quiet.  Thank you for continueing to love me when everyone else turned their back.  You will be in my heart forever and I will see you in heaven.
