She was the daughter of Wesley C. and A. Maude (Welch) Oesterreich. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She is survived by a son Micheal (Chantay) Heath, two granddaughters Julie Heath, Amy (Kris) Lund and six great grandchildren, Skyla, Bradley, Leah, Baylee, Paislee and Payton, and many beloved nieces and nephews.
She lived on a farm north of Hope KS with her family until the age of 7 when they moved to Hope for 2 years and then on to Herington, where she went to school and graduated with the class of '54 for Herington H.S.
She attended and graduated from Brown Mackie College in Salina KS. She met Donald Heath USAF stationed at Schilling A/F Base and married Sept. 17, 1955.
She went on to employ the skills she learned at Brown Mackie doing secretarial and clerical work. She spent many years working in the Colorado school system, both RE-1 and RE-2 where she functioned as a substitute teacher, assistant librarian, office help, many more positions...well liked and respected by students and faculty. She was loved and will be missed by many.
