She had fond memories of Estes Park where she got her first summer job working at a waffle house on main street in Estes, she met and married her high school sweet heart, Jim Greeno and moved to Arizona right after graduation. She loved Arizona for its fast pace and belonging to several Jaycee Jambori clubs which donated proceeds to charity, she worked for several companies as a secretary. Later she was divorced and moved back to Colorado, working with car rental companies in Boulder and Longmont. After 2 more marriages, She married Russell Rice and had a son, Troy Rice and lived in Denver and Colorado Springs, being a stay at home mom. Later she divorced and remained in the Denver area becoming a bartender. She was married 4 times and joked she could cook a pot-roast 4 different ways.Carol had a wonderful funny perspective on life, she loved to party especially her Birthday Month. We will all remember her individualized gifts she gave us for Christmas, Birthdays, and Thank You's.Carol retired in Longmont, Colorado, remained single and continued to bake pies for charity causes at the Longmont Moose organization. Carol was a NASCAR fan and loved to cook. She lived close to her dad and sister Cathy. She especially enjoyed traveling with her sister and brother-in-law Don to Arizona and Las Vegas several times a year and two cruises. To my sister, the most independent, stubborn person I know, but you would do anything for anyone, you were kind and thoughtful, always sending birthday cards to family and friends in your trailer park and baking cupcakes. I remember one time I had to help you deliver cupcakes to at least 50 people in the trailer park before we could go on vacation, and me driving was a lot faster than you on your pink bike with the basket in front. We have had lots of laughs and shared as many sorrows, life is like a box of chocolates you know.May you finally have peace.Survived by sister Cathy Diesing, husband Don, son Chad, wife Rozann and children Brody and Kaycee.Son- Troy Rice, wife Malissa and children Shanelle, Miracle, Abbigail and Sarrah.
