Christopher Ian Haught

Christopher Ian Haught, 52, of Longmont, Colorado passed away peacefully on January 3, 2025. Born on July 4th, 1972, Chris grew up in Reader, West Virginia and lived a life full of love, generosity, and passion.

He was the beloved husband of Tara Haught, with whom he shared 23 wonderful years of marriage. Christopher was known for his love of golf and cooking, often bringing people together with his delicious meals and warm sense of humor with just the right amount of sarcasm mixed in.

A dedicated member of the community, Christopher gave his time volunteering at the OUR Center, where he made a meaningful impact on the lives of many.

Christopher is survived by his wife, Tara; his sister, Christina Hayes; two fathers in-law; two brothers-in law; his cherished nieces and nephews; and his beloved fur babies, who brought him endless joy.

Per Christophers wishes, no service will be held at this time. The family asks that in his memory, please make donations to either OUR Center in Longmont or an animal rescue of your choice.

Christopher will be forever loved and remembered by all who knew him.
