Much loved, Connie Stanley peacefully passed away February 3, 2014. She was born and raised in Idaho to loving parents who were of Basque nationality. They came to the US from Northern Spain many years ago. Connie and Stan met during WWII while Stan was in the US Air Force stationed in Boise, ID. It was love at first sight and after the war, Stan went back to Boise. Later, Connie visited Stan's parents in Topeka, KS and the rush for a Stanley/Ocamica marriage was on. This was in 1945 and it resulted in three loved children, one passed away and the other two live in Colorado, Craig Stanley lives in Castle Rock and Kathleen Kelley lives in Longmont. Connie had 5 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren to love and she was most certainly a loving person.There will be a small private service for family only.
