

Donna Geminden of Longmont, Colorado, passed away peacefully at home to be with the Lord on November 22, 2018, at the age of 82.Donna was born in Enid, Oklahoma, to Lionel and Annabelle (Rorabach) Wofford on August 2, 1936. She attended Mercy Hospital's nursing school in Oklahoma City. Donna and Stamer were married October 19, 1957, in Enid, Oklahoma.She briefly worked at Longmont United Hospital in the 60s. In later years, she worked for St. Vrain Valley School District as a lunchroom cashier. Following her retirement, she continued to volunteer at her grandchildren's schools in the library for many years.Donna made crafts, sewed, quilted and embroidered for her family, grandchildren and great grandchildren.Donna is preceded in death by her parents and her grandson, Joshua Doyle Stevens.Donna is survived by Stamer, her loving husband of 61 years; daughters Kathy (Lonnie) Stevens of Berthoud, Honnan Geminden of Longmont, and Stacy (Mario) Latini of Longmont; and son Stamer Geminden Jr. of Longmont. She was blessed a month ago with a visit by her siblings - sister Pearl Clark of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; brothers Edgar (Penny) of Rancho Cordova, California; Richard (Debbie) Wofford of Noblesville, Indiana; and David (Janelle) of Enid, Oklahoma.Donna loved visits from her grandchildren Jennifer (Jared) G cke of Longmont; Julie (Russell) Beydler of Redwater, TX; Jared (Becky) Stevens of Colorado Springs, Colorado; Amanda (Tony) Unruh of Enid, Oklahoma; Russell Geminden of Alamosa, Colorado; Ryan (Jen) Latini of Seattle, Washington; and Christen (Jonathan) Cyprowski of Loveland, Colorado. She cherished her great-grandchildren Mason Simms and Ashtyn G cke; Ethan, Archer and Georgia Beydler; Michael Stevens; Elara and Tucker Unruh; and Cora Latini.We will celebrate the life of Donna Geminden in the way she would have loved, with friends and family gathering to share stories, tears, laughter and food on Tuesday, November 27, 2018, 2:00-4:00pm at New Creation Church, 737 Bross Street, Longmont, CO 80501.Memorial contributions may be made to either New Creation Church or if you would like to donate to the CBD (Corticobasal Degeneration) research their website is www.psp.org.
