Dorothea Dori Fischer, 83, of Denver passed away on January 1, 2020. Dori was born on October 21, 1936 in Interlaken, Switzerland to Hans Kundert and Klara Breitenstein. She attended secretarial school in Switzerland, and later moved to Colorado where she worked as an insurance underwriter and raised her three sons. Dori enjoyed knitting and spending time in the mountains in Granby. She is survived by her sons, Rudy (Pam) Fischer, Kurt Fischer, and Antony (Sharon) Fischer; brother, Hanspeter Kundert; sister, Ruth Hubacher; grandchildren, Jonathan, Nicholas, Madison, and Morgan Fischer; great-grandchild, London; and Beloved Companion of 41 years, George Oms.A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, January 14, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Ahlberg Funeral Chapel; 326 Terry Street; Longmont, Colorado 80501.
