

Dorothy P. Wright of Longmont passed away on Tuesday, September 15, 2015, at Longmont United Hospital at the age of 93. Dorothy was born in Udall, Kansas to Henry and Viola Zirkel, the 2nd of three children. Dorothy was married to Roy Enslow, they later divorced. Dorothy married Raymond Wright, and they moved from Kansas to eastern Colorado, where they farmed for many years. Dorothy loved farming, and could be found running the combine every summer during wheat harvest. She also loved traveling, and she always had some kind of craft project that she was working on.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers, husband Raymond, daughters Patricia Binder and Leslie Dudley, and grandsons Bill Kurtz and Christopher Wann. She is survived by son Wayne (Courtney) Enslow, daughter Connie (Dean) Wann, stepdaughter Betty Kurtz, stepsons Gene Wright and Bob (Teresa) Wright. She also has 16 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren, and 7 great-great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Cremation has been entrusted to Howe Mortuary. No services are planned at this time.
