Douglas Bruce Young (AKA Bruce), born March 11, 1952, lost his battle with Alzheimer's on October 31, 2018. Bruce was a devoted, loving husband married to Jackie for 28 years. He is survived by five children, 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandson. A celebration of life gathering will take place next spring.Bruce graduated from Bowling Green University with degrees in Biology and Geology. His passion was anything to do with dinosaurs. He especially loved working with kids and watching them get excited about dinosaurs and fossils. The highlight of his paleontology passion came in 2003 when he found a triceratops skull on a construction site in Brighton, Colorado. The skull is currently on display at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science.
