Douglas Gregory Greg"" Hight

Greg Hight, age 59 of Boulder, CO passed away on May 11, 2017 at home due to complications from diabetes.He was born on March 20, 1958 in Denver, CO to Sidney Gene and Naomi Hight and grew up in West Washington Park. Greg married Lori Deitrich of Denver on August 22, 1998 and together they moved to Brighton, CO and from Brighton to Boulder in 2014.Greg graduated from Denver Technical Institute with an Associates Degree and worked as an auto mechanic. Greg enjoyed being outdoors doing the things he loved most which included fishing and camping. Greg's other interests were cooking, storytelling and flying remote control airplanes.He is survived by his wife Lori; his daughter Jennifer; mother Naomi; and sisters Ruth, Lou Ann and Susan, and extended family.A memorial will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday June 17, 2017 at Ahlberg Funeral Chapel in Longmont.
