Eleanor Marie Cruz

Eleanor married Robert Cruz, in July 24, 1965. They welcomed Mary, Angie and then Robert jr. Eleanor worked for premiere manufacturing for 10+ years as a final quality inspector and retired in 2024. Eleanor enjoyed keeping herself busy with whatever it was she was able to do after retirement.

Eleanor enjoyed solving crossword puzzles, watching cooking shows, spending time with her children and grandchildren. She love to travel. Eleanor and Robert loved catering for friends and family. Eleanor also loved to color and play on the Nintendo switch. Mind games trivia etc… She loved wheel of fortune, Jeopardy, etc. She also enjoyed listening to Whitney Houston but her favorite was Céline Dion.

Eleanor preceded in death by, her husband Robert Cruz, her son Robert Cruz Jr, her daughter, Angie Jaramillo, her father Alfredo Bustamante her sister Gerri Bustamante and her brother Andrew Bustamante. Eleanor M. Cruz is survived by her mother Mary Bustamante two grandchildren, Melanie Warner and Chantelle Bendzel. Her great grandchildren, Natalia and Gene jr Ortiz. Mary Goodman her daughter. Eleanor had numerous nieces and nephews, sisters and brothers.

A visitation for Eleanor will be held Wednesday, July 2, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Ahlberg Funeral Chapel, 326 Terry St., Longmont, Colorado 80501. A funeral service will occur Thursday, July 3, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Word Alive Church, 650 E 124th Ave, Thornton, CO 80241. A committal service will occur Thursday, July 3, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Fort Logan National Cemetery, 4400 W. Kenyon Avenue, Denver, Colorado 80236.
