Elisabeth C Wright

Elisabeth C. Wright, 91, of Longmont, Colorado passed away May 28, 2015. Elisabeth was born on September 4, 1923 in Goeppingen, Germany to Otto and Anna Glueck. She married Eugene J. Wright, a US Army officer in 1950 and returned to the United States with him that year. They lived in various places in the United States and in France. In 1988 she moved from Santa Fe, New Mexico to Longmont and loved it there. Elisabeth was a talented and caring person who loved life, friends and family. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband Eugene. She is survived by her two children, Linda (Joel) Winterfeld of Kersey and Michael (Susannah) Wright of Fort Collins; three grandchildren: Daniel E. Wright, Sam Wright and Anna Wright; two great-grandchildren, Zoe and Olivia Wright; and her sister Susanne Hebold of Gernsbach, Germany as well as numerous nephews and nieces.

Visitation will be held from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 2, followed by services at 11:00 a.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 1721 Red Cloud Rd. Longmont, CO. 80504 Burial will be at the Santa Fe National Cemetery, Santa Fe, New Mexico.
