

She was born in Ignacio Zaragoza, Chihuahua to Manual Gonzalez and Maria Gonzalez Ornelas. Kika was predeceased by her daughter Maria Patricia Baldenegro and is survived by her son Eddie Quintana and his wife, Candice Quintana, née Paul, her son Richard Quintana and his wife, Christina Cervantes Quintana, and her daughter, Daisy Quintana. She was a beloved grandmother to Paulina Quintana, Natasha Quintana, Nick Quintana, Sofia Quintana, Matthew Quintana and Lucas Quintana.
Kika was a strong and spirited woman, she was a single mother determined to raise her 3 children and provide them with opportunities she never had. She took pride in her family and always commemorated her special moments with lots and lots of photos. She was a great storyteller, often sharing stories of her past. She made friends quickly anywhere she went, and she was treasured by them all.
She lived in Springville, Arizona for 20 years and always referred to Arizona as “home.”
She moved to Colorado in 1994 where she started her own business and worked until she retired in
2002. She enjoyed doing crossword puzzles and word searches, watching her telenovelas and yelling
and cursing everyone out. She will always be remembered fondly for her fierce independence and her
love of family.

Kika era una mujer fuerte y animosa. Era madre soltera dedicada a criar a sus 3 hijos y brindarles las oportunidades que ella nunca tuvo. Estaba orgullosa de su familia y siempre conmemoraba sus momentos especiales con muchas fotografías. Era una gran narradora y a menudo compartía historias de su pasado. Hacía amigos rápidamente en cualquier lugar al que iba y todos la apreciaban.
Vivió en Springerville, Arizona, durante 20 años y siempre se refirió a Arizona como su “hogar”.
Se mudó a Colorado en 1994, donde comenzó su propio negocio y trabajó hasta que se jubiló en 2002. Le gustaba hacer crucigramas y búsquedas de palabras, ver sus telenovelas y gritar y echar madres. Siempre será recordada con cariño por su feroz independencia y su amor por la familia.
