Frank R. Morales

Frank R. Morales passed away December 29, 2012 at Longmont United Hospital. He was 62.Frank was born on April 5, 1950 in Long Beach, California to Alphonso and Flora (Sanchez) Morales. He graduated from Erie High School in 1967 and attended the University of Colorado for 2 years. Frank has lived in the Longmont area since 1956. He worked for Pratt Construction for ten years, but his true profession was as a traveling musician.He was a member of St. Theresa's Catholic Church in Frederick.Music was Frank's life. He was very gifted and could play any instrument and enjoyed writing music.Frank was preceded in death by his mother Flora.He is survived by his brother Dick (Pat) Morales of Albuquerque, New Mexico; his three sisters Stella Mastriona of Los Angeles, California, Gloria (J ) Markert of Red Feather Lakes, Colorado, and Carla (Earl) Bastian of Aurora, Colorado; his uncle and aunt Bobby Sanchez and Shirley Spies of Boulder, Colorado; eleven nephews; and nine nieces.Private family services have been held.
