Freda Wagner

Freda Wagner, 85, of Longmont, died August 15, 2013 at her home. She was born May 24, 1938 in Grundy, Virginia the only child of Jess and Margaret Stiltner. On March 30, 1946 she married Billie B. Wagner in Coburn, Virginia. They moved to Colorado in 1971 from Baltimore, Maryland.

Freda worked for a number of years as the lead assembler for Head Ski Company in Boulder. She had also owned and operated The Office Lounge in Longmont with her husband Billie and her son Ronnie. She was a member of the Moose Lodge and enjoyed playing bingo, crocheting, puzzle books and working in her yard and garden.

Survivors include her husband Billie of Longmont and her children Ronnie (Shirley) Wagner of Longmont, Dean Wagner of Berthoud, CO, Michael (Claudia) Wagner of Johnstown, CO, Shela Wagner of Longmont and Wayne (Lisa) Wagner of Berthoud, CO. She is further survived by nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Monday, August 19 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Carroll Lewellen Funeral Home in Longmont. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 20 at 1:00 p.m. also at the Carroll Lewellen Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Longmont Mountain View Cemetery.
