George William Sagner Sr.

George was preceded in death by his father, Chester SR, and his mother Evelyn. George is survived by his wife of 32 years, Pat Sagner; his brother Chester JR, and his 6 children: Deborah, Christopher (Katherine), Maurice SR, Jeremy SR(Jessica), Rosalyn, and JR(Lauren). He is also survived by his 14 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren: Christopher, Lauryn, Kristen, Evelyn, Maurice JR, Allyssa, Jeremy JR, Aiden, Jacob, Patrisa, Saige, Sloan, Colt, Payton, Ariella, Emey, Emma, Willow and Jackson.

George was a long time resident of Port Salerno, Florida and worked as a plasterer by trade. He moved to Firestone, Colorado in 2001 with his wife and 2 youngest children to serve in a local ministry for several years.

George was a man that loved to help others whenever he knew of a need. He had a very big heart, especially for children. He will be loved and missed by many people. “Say not in grief he is no more, but in thankfulness that he was.”- Hebrew Proverb.

There will be a Visitation on Sunday February 20, 2022, from 11am - 1pm at Ahlberg Funeral Chapel in Longmont, CO, followed by a Celebration of Life on the Sagner Property. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in George's memory to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
