
Harold Clair Dildine, 74, died on May 29, 2010 in Longmont, Colorado.Harold was born August 28, 1935 in San Jose, California. His family moved to Fresno, California during his early childhood, and then to Modesto, California. He attended Junior High and Modesto City High School. After high school he enlisted in the Marine Corps. He took great pride in having served his country as a Marine. When he was discharged from the Marine Corps, he returned to Modesto and was employed by Gallo Winery where he worked until his retirement.Harold was a people person, who loved card games, especially poker with his friends. He also enjoyed the game of pool. A lifelong fan of the New York Yankees Baseball Club, he followed every game in the playoffs.He was pre-deceased by his parents; Father, Harold Delone Dildine, his mother Marelda (Mitchell) Dildine and his sister Colleen Westerman. He is survived by his daughter Sydney Lyons and grandsons, Tyler Lyons and Tomas Lyons, and his sister Phyllis Blackard.Cremation has been entrusted to Howe Mortuary and Crematory Service, Longmont.
