Helen Mary Togher

Helen Mary Togher died on Friday August 15, 2014 peacefully in her home in Longmont, CO at the age of 76. Helen was born on August 23, 1937 in San Francisco, CA. She battled breast cancer with admirable acceptance and grace for 5 months and was surrounded by her loving family until her life ended. Helen is remembered as a generous and caring mom, grandma and friend. She enjoyed attending her grandchildren's activities, quilting, sewing and was an avid walker. She recently retired and was recognized by her co-workers with the Golden Sneaker Award for walking over 4000 miles during work breaks. Her life was filled with love, happy memories, fun vacations, lots of laughing and being proud of her family. Even up until her last days she was inspiring laughter and remembering good times. She is preceded in death by her parents Peter and Anna Conway and brothers Peter and Jack Conway. She is survived by her daughter Anne Togher, daughter Margo Pullam, son and daughter-in -law Martin and Sandy Togher, grandchildren April and J Adcock, Jessiré Muñoz, LaRaesha and Damen Kugel, Morgan Pullam, Lindsay Pullam, Isabelle Pullam, Wyatt Pullam, Mason Togher, William Togher and Sean Togher along with a great-grandbaby to-be. Thank you to everyone who has supported Helen and her family through a difficult few months and helped us celebrate her life.A memorial Mass will be held at 10:30 AM Friday August 22, 2014 at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church.
