Jacqueline “Jacquie” was born in Skagit Valley Hospital in Mount Vernon, WA. when her family lived in Hamilton, WA.
When she was still young, her family moved to California and lived in a few different towns before settling in Davis. There she attended Davis Senior High School, graduating in 1965 shortly afterwards, she met John Sagaser and they were married in 1968.
Jacquie lived in CA, NY, Idaho, Nebraska and CO She settled in Aurora where she remained until her passing.
Jacquie held several jobs that helped her remain a stay at home mom for many years, including multiple paper routes at once.
Jacquie’s love in life was being a mother. She was gifted with incredible patience and talents as she guided her six boys into adulthood and beyond with her loving, nurturing, nature. Always putting her children first.
She was gifted with many talents that helped her in her role. She was a skilled seamstress and sewed clothes for her children as well as sewing dresses and skirts for her siblings. She was an excellent cook and enjoyed making birthdays special for her loved ones with beautiful hand decorated cakes.
Jacquie was a lifelong member of the LDS church and volunteered her skills and talents where they were needed.
In her free time she enjoyed painting ceramics most of which she gifted to friends and family. She was an artist who painted beautiful oil paintings and wall murals. One of her favorite pastimes was cooking and baking with her granddaughters.
Jacqueline was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter and two siblings. She is survived by two siblings, six sons, multiple nieces and nephews, eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
John 14:1-3: "Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in me. My Father's house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you?"
