James Jay Jarrell, of Boulder, died May 28, 2011. He was 60. James was born May 7, 1951 in Harrisburg, Illinois to Frank and Elizabeth (Rice) Jarrell. He graduated from Murray St. University with a degree in music and was a member of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia Fraternity.He is survived by his wife, Patti Jarrell; his son, Aaron Jarrell; his daughter, Andrea Prike (Tyson); his mother Betty Jarrell; his sister, Jan Brittain (DeWayne) and several nieces and nephews. James is preceded in death by his father.A memorial gathering will be 1-3PM Sunday, June 5, 2011 at City on the Hill Church in Boulder. Interment at Sunset Hill Cemetery in Harrisburg.
