Jim Jarrell, of Boulder, died May 28, 2011. He was 60. Jim was born May 7, 1951 in Harrisburg, Illinois to Frank and Elizabeth (Rice) Jarrell. He graduated from Murray State University in Murray, Kentucky, with a degree in music and was a member of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia Fraternity.He is survived by his wife, Patti Jarrell; his son, Aaron Jarrell; his daughter, Andrea Prike (Tyson); his mother Betty Jarrell; his sister, Jan Brittain (DeWayne) and several nieces and nephews. Jim is preceded in death by his father and brother.A memorial gathering will be held from 1-3PM Sunday, June 5, 2011 at City on the Hill Church, 7843 Arapah Road in Boulder. Interment at Sunset Hill Cemetery in Harrisburg.
