Jeffrey "Jeff" Dean McEntee

Jeff was born on March 10, 1966, in Longmont, Colorado. A Skyline High School graduate, he had a long and successful career in mining. Over the years, his merit and hard work propelled him to the upper echelons of management. Jeff was a unique individual who navigated life in his own distinctive style. He was not one to mince his words, and he always managed to infuse his conversations with his unique sense of humor. He was highly self-assured, and always willing to sacrifice to take care of his family. Jeff took immense pride in his children, as well as his niece and nephews. He had a deep affection for his dog Minnie, enjoyed the thrill of riding motorcycles, and cherished spending time with his family.

Jeff is survived by his children, Justin, Brianna; his sisters Lisa Nickelson, and Lori Orr; and his nieces and nephews, Adrian, Anthony, Jordan, Alec, and Taylor. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Marilyn.

A service will be held for Jeff on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at 11 a.m. at Howe Mortuary & Crematory, 439 Coffman St., Longmont, CO.
