Jeramy was born on April 2, 1991, in Longmont, Colorado.
Those left to cherish his memory include his father, Michael Puzo; his siblings, Gina Puzo (Chantel Anderson) of Colorado Springs and Bethani Puzo of Longmont; his beautiful daughter, April Puzo; his three beloved nephews, Jax Anderson, Theo Puzo, and Hank Puzo; his grandmother, Luann Hammer of Salida; and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
He was reunited in peace with his mother, Kimberly Puzo; his grandfathers, Don Hammer, Del LePore, and Gary Puzo; and his grandmother, Sheri LePore.
Jeramy was a kind, generous, and compassionate soul who loved music, attending concerts, spending time with his daughter, and being in the mountains. If you knew Jeramy, you were loved.
He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

A Memorial Service will be held at at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, July 21, 2026 at Howe Mortuary & Crematory, located at 439 Coffman Street in Longmont, Colorado. A reception will follow the service.
