Jeremy L. Wollack

Jeremy L. Wollack, of Westminster, died unexpectedly Monday, December 18, 2006 from a medical condition. He was 29 years old.Born in Rawlins, WY on July 22, 1977 to James and April (Renevier) Wollack, Jeremy moved to Colorado in 1987. He attended schools in Westminster, graduating from Standley Lake High School in 1996. He was an avid hunter and outdoorsman and enjoyed playing sports, especially softball.Jeremy is survived by his parents, Jim and April Wollack of Frederick; his sister, Pamela Elslager and her husband, Jonathon, of Tucson, AZ; grandparents, Lawrence and Darlene Renevier Centennial, CO; grandmother Elizabeth Kelman of Maryville, TN; four uncles, Chuck (Patti) Renevier of Bozeman, MT, David (Kim) Renevier of Houston, TX, Richard (Christine) Renevier of San Antonio, TX, and Keith (Sue) Renevier of Kansas City, MO; great-uncle William (April) Francis of Hebron, IN; great-aunt Patricia Francis of Payson, UT; as well as numerous cousins; and a nephew, Isaiah Elslager.There will be a memorial service held Saturday, Dec. 23, at 2:00 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church in Longmont, Rev. Dr. G. Bruce Maxwell officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Jeremy?s name to the First United Methodist Church. Arrangements have been entrusted to Howe Mortuary in Longmont.
