Jesse Kohan Engle

Jesse was born on January 26th, 1973 in San Jose, California to Daniel Engle and Debra Engle-Kaplan to a small family with one brother.

He obtained his GED and entered his local Community College. After school he moved to Longmont, Colorado in 2001, where he married the love of his life Don Wincher. Over his working career he worked as a Cook at the Hover Manor and Boulder Valley Schools. When Jesse wasn’t working, he enjoyed spending time with his husband along with cooking and painting.

Jesse was described as outgoing; he easily made many friends and always spoke what was on his mind, often marching to the beat of his own drum. He will be greatly missed by his closest friends and family.

He is survived by his life partner Don Wincher; his Mother Debra Engle-Kaplan; his loving Stepfather William Kaplan; Brother Paul Sean Engle (Leigh); Aunt Jeanette Levellie; Aunt and Uncle Linda and Richard Kibler; along with many cousins, nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his father Daniel Paul Engle; and Grandmother Isabelle Casebolt.
