Alan, Mark, Steve and Rob,
My heart is grieving as I find out about Joyce's passing. So many wonderful memories flood my mind. Even though I'm far away, you will always be my favorite neighbors i had the privilege of growing up with. So many memories, laughter and milestones celebrated. Joyce helped shape me into the person I am today. It will be weird not being able to run over to say hi when I come home for a visit now. So sorry for this HUGE loss. Joyce was one of a kind for sure and I treasure her humor and her wise wisdom and will pass that on to future generations who will not get the chance to know her like I did. I'm forever grateful to have had her in my life(and hilde's). Lots of love and hugs to all of you. Honored and Privileged to have grown up with her as a neighbor for nearly 4 decades. The Perley kids and the Owens kids totally rocked that corner of S. Terry St. in Southmoor Park. Love Celia
