

Julie Ann Christiansen, 34, lost her long battle with depression on May 29, 2010 in Broomfield, Colorado. Julie was born in Ogden, Utah on April 8, 1976 to of C. Barry Christiansen and Sally French Christiansen Wessely. She graduated from East High School in Pueblo, CO in 1994. She attended the University of Utah and received her B.A. in English from Metropolitan State College in Denver, Colorado. Julie was employed at ARC Integrated Program Management in Boulder, CO as a Project Manager. Julie was an adored daughter, sister, aunt, granddaughter, cousin and friend. Julie leaves behind many close relatives and dear friends. She is survived her parents, Sally French Wessely (Jim), Pueblo, CO; C. Barry Christiansen (Kay), Ogden, UT; four siblings: Ryan Christiansen (Stephanie), Uintah, UT; Keicha Christiansen, Ogden, UT; Amy Hopfenspirger (Grant), Erie, CO and Jon Christiansen (Samantha), Dhaka, Bangladesh; six step-siblings: Thia Whittle, Colorado Springs, Colorado; Trista Francis, Highland Ranch, Colorado, Trinette McCrary, Colorado Springs, Colorado; Robin Bushman, Ogden, UT; Jody Henley, Rigby, ID; Tracie (Pat) Kinney, Plymouth, MN. She was adored by and will be greatly missed by her nieces and nephew: Parker, Regan and Bridger Christiansen, Unitah Utah; Gillian Chapman, Ogden, Utah; Mason and Hannah Hopfenspirger, Erie, Colorado; and, Atticus Christiansen, Dhaka, Bangladesh. She also leaves behind her best friend and intended, Jason Blight of Broomfield, CO. Memorial services will be held Friday, June 4, 2010 at Howe Funeral Home, Longmont, Colorado. The family will greet visitors at the funeral home beginning at 12:00 noon on the day of the services.
