Kurt Adair Borecky

Kurt Adair Borecky was born on December 22, 1988, died December 15, 2023. He attended Holy Family High School where he excelled in Football and Track. He went to college where he received his master’s degree in economics. After his college days he completed a two-year commitment in the Air Force where he was in procurement for the B-1 Bomber and then started his civilian career working for UPS and finally Ball Aerospace until his death. Kurt spent his spare time volunteering for Global Down Syndrome Foundation and as a Holy Family Football coach. Kurt was a willful child who got into a lot of mischief during his school years and kept his parents hopping. Kurt was never absent of friends who were loyal and loved him. He will be missed by many people.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Lester and Jeannie (Danner) Borecky from Akron, Neil and Juanita (Morales) Putnam of Longmont and stepbrother Kyle Dreher of Longmont. He is survived by his mother Stephanie Olmedo of Longmont and his father Steve and (Diane) Borecky of Firestone. His brothers Kittrick Borecky of Austin Texas, Kyle Borecky of Longmont and stepsister Amber Harper and his nephew Peyton and niece Taylor of Firestone.

The viewing will be held on Dec. 27, 2023 from 3-6 pm at Howe Mortuary, 439 Coffman St. Longmont, CO. The memorial service will be at Holy Family High School on Dec. 28, 2023 at 10 am, 5195 W. 144 Ave Broomfield. CO. Private Interment will be Ft. Logan National Cemetery.
