Lindsay Elizabeth Daum, age 41, of Loveland, Colorado, was born in 1981 in Longmont, Colorado to Gary and Crystal Daum. Lindsay was a caring mother, daughter, niece, granddaughter, sister, and friend. She went to be with Jesus on July 28, 2022.
Lindsay graduated from Niwot High School in 2000 and obtained her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland. Lindsay married Gabriel Jay Sinner in 2003. Gabriel was on active duty in the US Navy, and he and Lindsay moved to Yokosuka, Japan where he was stationed. They had 3 three children together while he was stationed in Japan, until he was transferred to San Diego in 2010. Lindsay’s family was so happy to have her and the kids back stateside, finally just a short flight away. Gabriel and Lindsay parted ways in 2015. Lindsay returned to Colorado and Gabriel continued his career at sea.
Shortly after returning to Colorado, she began working for the Department of Revenue in the Division of Motor Vehicles. Always a dedicated hard worker, Lindsay was so proud to be able to buy a new home for her children, first in Frederick, and then a brand new one in Loveland in 2018. She loved being a mom more than anything else and loved spending time with her kids and taking them out on adventures, and chose to work from home so she could be close to her kids. She also loved animals all of her life. Her 5 dogs and 3 cats were proof she would take in any animal that needed a home. Also a faithful Christian, she attended Flatiron’s Christian Church in Longmont regularly.
Lindsay is survived by her four children Autumn, Chuck, Natalie, and Bethany; mother Crystal Daum, brothers Garin Daum, Kendrick Daum and his wife Angie; sister Annica Dino and her husband Christian; nephews and nieces Remington, Phoenix, Luca, and Baker; aunt Angie Murphy and her husband Mike; uncles John Stovall, James Daum and his wife Cindy. Lindsay is also survived by her good friend Matthew Lyman.
Lindsay and her daughter Meadow passed away on the same day and are preceded in death by her father Gary Daum, maternal grandparents Robert and Corolyn Baker, paternal grandparents Charles and Kathleen Daum, aunt Roxanne Stovall, and uncle Scott Baker.
