Marguriette "Marge" Louiese Larkins

Marguriette L. (Marge/Rete) Larkins 80, of Longmont, Colorado, formerly of Kankakee Couny Illinois, left this world Saturday December 14, 2019 and has joined her husband Robert at the gates of Heaven. She was born July 11, 1939 in Galatia, Illinois to Leslie Carl and Margaret (Brown) Estes. She married her loving husband Robert Larkins on March 3, 1982.

Surviving are her children – Matthew Paris, Delilah Sue Paris, Samuel & Vickie Paris, Gregory Paris, John E. Paris, James R. Paris, Ricky Larkins, Tina & Patrick Dalton. Brother James Estes and Sister Irene Horton. 15 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. Numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Larkins, her parents, brothers Austin (York) Estes, Arthur Estes, sisters Martha Willhite, Maxine Stinnett and Joan Mezo, granddaughter Alicia Paris.

Marguriette lived in Illinois until 1980 when she moved to Longmont and fell in love with the area. She worked as a diet technician at Longmont United Hospital until her retirement. She made many friends there though the years she worked there. She was know for her great sense of humor and work ethic while there. After her retirement she enjoyed painting, coloring and keeping in touch with family and friends on social media.

In lieu of flowers the family is asking that donations be made to St. John’s church pantry, Longmont, the Our Center in Longmont or your local Meals on Wheels.

Graveside service will be Monday January 6th, 2020, 11am at Longmont Mountain View Cemetery in Longmont
