Marie Rose Gonzalez (Gonzalez)

Rose was born May 22, 1965 in Longmont, CO to Edubijes and Maria (Cruz) Gonzales.

She graduated from Skyline High Schhool in 1982. Following high school she attended the job corp.

Through her lifetime Rose dealt with serious health issues that included two kidney transplants and Lupus disease.

Rose was a truly inspirational person to those who knew her. She never gave up and fought until the end.

She leaves behind nine brothers and two sisters and her Pomeranians Candy and Keika.

Her sister Sylvia looked after her for many years including her final ones. She also leaves behind three God children: Bobby, Tommy and Michael as well as many nephews, nieces and friends. She will be deeply missed.

Donations would be greatly appreciated, and can be sent to Compass Bank, 1849 North Main, Longmont, CO. 80501 care of Sylvia Gonzalez. A benefit will be held for her at “Group Therapy” on Saturday, July 2nd from 4:00 p.m. until 12:00 a.m..

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, June 17, 2011 at the Howe Mortuary Chapel. Burial will follow at Longmont Mountain View Cemetery.
