

Nancy Bustillos known to many as “Nini” was born July 2nd 1958 to Raynaldo and Loretta Casias in Canfield, CO. As a child Nancy grew up in Canfield and Erie surrounded by 7 siblings, lots of family and many friends. Nancy was the baby of the girls and was sure to remind everyone that she was baby huey!
As a young child Nancy loved to dance and was always trying to make people laugh, she was always sure to bring a smile to everyone’s face. Nancy was such a happy soul and so full of life. Nancy enjoyed going to school, she loved learning and helping others learn. She graduated from Niwot High School in 1976 and soon after met the love of her life Pablo Bustillos. Nancy quickly fell in love with Pablo and married shortly after in 1977.The love that Nancy and Pablo shared is a rare love that many aren’t’ fortunate enough to experience, they are the true definition of what soul mates are. Soon after marriage they decided to expand their family and did so by having 3 baby boys. Pablo Jr the oldest born in 1977, Carlos who was born in 1979 and Miguel in 1981, soon after they moved their family to California for some years. Nancy and Pablo decided it was time to go back home and settled down in Longmont, CO. where Nancy enjoyed being a stay at home mom and dotting wife. As the boys grew older Nancy did some odd end jobs until finding her calling working for the Boulder county courthouse.
Nancy’s adult life was filled with raising her 3 boys, being a loving wife to Pablo, a nurturing daughter and a party animal haha. For those of you who knew Nancy knew she was always the life of the party, she took joy in serving others and hosting events. She had a way about her that made sure everyone felt welcome, no matter if she knew you for 5 min or 5 years she always made you feel right at home. Nini was the caretaker to everyone and was loved by all, after all she was the one and only OG East Side Taco Flatts haha.
In Nancy’s older years she took pride in caring for her loved ones, her door was always open. Nancy enjoyed knitting, garage sales, going to bingo with her sisters and nieces, playing poker, being with family but most of all loved spending time with her grandchildren. In short Nancy was a very caring, joyous, fun, most loving person you could have known, she brought joy to so many and will be missed dearly.
Nancy is survived by her husband Pablo Bustillos, her sons Pablo Bustillos JR. and Miguel Bustillos. Her grandchildren Julian Arguello, Julian Lentz, Carlos Bustillos, Alyana Lentz, Bianca Bustillos, Makayla Bustillos, Crystal Bustillos and Rose Bustillos. Her siblings Geraldine Cruz, Leonard Casias,
Joyce Garcia ( husband Jesus Garcia) and Rena Mata ( husband Lorenzo Mata)
Preceded in death by her parents Raynaldo and Loretta Casias, her son Carlos Bustillos, brothers Robert Casias, Henry Casias and Leroy Casias and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
