Paula De Paiva

Paula Lu De Paiva, a 42 year resident of Longmont passed away peacefully on April 22, 2016 in her home. She was 83.She was born on December 18, 1932 in Alameda, California to Antone and Ann (Bosanatz) De Paiva. Paula was a devoted born again believer, mother and homemaker. She enjoyed bible study and spent hours reading through her extensive Christian library. Other past time interests and hobbies include gardening, quilting, and sewing. Paula is preceded in death by her parents.Paula is survived by one son Gary Burdick and wife Michelle, three daughters, Carrie Burdick, Nanette Geller and husband Neil and Jenifer Turpin; six grandchildren, Christina, Asa, Angel, Estanisla, Alomar, and Brodi; two great grandchildren, Heather and Lindsey; two sisters, Lucille Arenson and Antonia De Paiva.Visitation will be held on Monday, April 25, 2016 from 5:00 “ 8:00 pm at Ahlberg Funeral Chapel. Graveside funeral service will be held 1:30 pm, Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at Longmont Mountain View Cemetery. A celebration of her life service will be held 7:00 pm, Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at Pratt Parkway Christians, 1601 S. Pratt Parkway, Longmont, CO 80501.
