

Peter Floyd Neuroth, born April of 1948 in Gouverneur, NY passed away peacefully at his home on June 4th, 2015. Pete was an athlete who loved the outdoors and it was his passion for skiing that brought him to Colorado. He was a mentor for the Big Brother Program where he shared his love for basketball and skiing with the youth in Denver. Pete met the love of his life, Michele, and they shared over 27 years together. He cherished his family and took them on many adventures including multiple ski trips, summer days at Sylvia Lake and space shuttle launches. His desire for space led him to work on many programs at Ball Aerospace in Boulder, CO where he built his career. He became a member of the Quarter Century Club and retired with numerous awards after 27 years. Pete was well known for the love of his family, passion for space, his 51' old blue Chevy truck and his motorcycles. He had a sense of adventure for life and lived life to the fullest. He is survived by his wife Michele; daughter Tiffany Neuroth; son David Neuroth; sisters Alice (Kenly) Spilman, Helen Richardson, Mary Lynn Hastings, brother Michael (Elizabeth) Neuroth and many loving nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Floyd and Mary Neuroth, and brothers Donald and Keith Neuroth. The Service will be held at the Ryssby Church, where Peter and Michele wed, 9000 N. 63rd Street, Longmont, CO 80503, Friday, June 12th, 2015 at 2:00 pm.
