Phyllis M Hoagland

Phyllis M (Woolf) Hoagland, born December 18, 1931 in Scottsbluff, Nebraska to George W and Doris F (Dancer) Woolf, went home to the Lord March 4, 2017. She moved to Denver, Colorado about 1941 and attended schools, graduating from South High School in 1949.

Phyllis married Bill Hoagland October 24, 1954 and enjoyed 57 years of marriage. They moved to Longmont with their three sons in 1971.

Phyllis is survived by her son Bill E. of Arizona and grandchildren, Taylor, Joshua, Brittany, Landan and Kylee, great-grandchildren Chaille and Axyl, also “special” daughter Cindy and her husband Jerry Hooper of Cheyenne, Wyoming and a brother Jim.

Phyllis was a member of Westview Presbyterian Church, sang in the choir and served as Elder and Deacon.

Spending time with sons and grandchildren, fishing and camping, also 4-H activities were her greatest joy.

She was preceded in death by husband Bill, sons Larry and Stephen, parents and sister, Connie.

Services will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, March 9 at Westview Presbyterian Church.
