Richard LaCourse

Richard LaCourse passed away February 11, 2015. He was 65 years old.Richard was born on August 31, 1949 in Chicago, Illinois to Lucian Joseph and Lorraine Louise (Thomas) LaCourse.Richard served in the U.S. Air Force from 1971-1974 in Indochina and Thailand where he attained the rank of SGT. He received his BA in electrical engineering, working as an electrician first at Crown Cork and Seal in Georgia and for the past ten years at Miller-Coors in Golden.Richard enjoyed building and flying airplanes and spending time at his airplane hangar.He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Alan LaCourse.Richard is survived by his daughters Kristen (Anastacio) Garcia and Michelle LaCourse; grandchildren Sebastian, Shelby, Anastacio, Jr., Fabian, and Vincent; brothers Bobby LaCourse, James LaCourse and Lucian LaCourse, Jr., sisters Sharren LaCourse and Elaine LaCourse, niece Laura LaCourse, nephews Brian LaCourse and Tanner Pruitt, great niece Danica Pruitt, aunt Laverne Clinton-Marchetti and cousin Kathy Zinck.A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, February 18, 2015 at Ahlberg Funeral Chapel, 326 Terry St., Longmont, CO 80501.
