In 1956, at six years old, Bob moved to Longmont with his family. Bob was an electrician employed through the 8th District Electrical Union for over 40 years. He was a proud member of IBEW Local 68. Bob had a wonderful sense of humor and never knew a stranger, human or pet. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed reading, spending time with loved ones, and being outdoors. Bob was always willing to lend a hand helping family and friends with any job.
He is survived by his two children, Shawn Henry and Christa St. John (Brian), and siblings, Gwen Schell (Jim), Mary Alison Henry (Joseph Keith), Karen Henry, and Roger Henry. Bob leaves behind a niece and several nephews, as well as great-nieces and nephews with whom he adored spending time.
He is preceded in death by his parents and his brother Michael.
Family and friends are invited to join an informal graveside memorial gathering at 10:00 am on Tuesday, August 8, 2023, at Foothills Gardens of Memory Cemetery, 14241 N 107th St., Longmont, Colorado.
Cremation is entrusted to Howe Mortuary & Crematory of Longmont, Colorado.
