

Rob was born on March 7, 1956 in Salina, Kansas to Charles Robert Palmer and Erma Lee Louise Hall Palmer.
Rob and his family moved to Longmont when he was a young boy. He attended Central Elementary, Longs Peak Junior High and graduated from Longmont High School in 1974. He married Charlotte Johnson on May 20, 1989 in Longmont.
Rob had many varied interests. He participated in numerous sports during junior high school. He took a keen focus on both the martial arts and music in high school, which would carry on the rest of his life. Musically, he played the guitar, sang and was a talented writer/composer. He enjoyed classic movies in his relaxation.
Rob was raised in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
Preceding him in death were his mother and two sisters, Rebecca and Holly Palmer.
Surviving are his wife of Longmont; his father of Longmont; a sister JoAnn Palmer of Longmont; a brother John (Lisa) Palmer of Longmont and three nieces.
A visitation will be held Wednesday, October 27 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the Howe Community Room.
Service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, October 28, 2010 at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 11th Ave. Building, with Bishop Quinn Haddock officiating.
Interment will follow at Foothills Gardens of Memory.
