Robin Janell Coxon (Porter)

Robin Janell Coxon, of Niwot, died April 4, 2015 at her home. She was born January 5, 1954 in Crawford, Nebraska the daughter of Harold “Max” Porter and Betty Ruffing Porter. Robin and David Coxon were married January 19, 1991 in Denver, Colorado.

Robin was a Eucharist Minister and regularly attended Adoration at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. She loved planting flowers in hanging baskets and pots in the Spring and tending them all Summer. She was famous for her baking. She enjoyed walking though Niwot with her friends and her two dogs Louis and Lydia. She cherished time spent with her kids especially shopping with her daughters and nieces.

Survivors include her husband David Coxon, her daughters Kelsey Marie Coxon and Madisson Rae Coxon and her son Noah Benjamin Coxon. Robin is also survived by her parents, her brothers John and David Porter and her sisters Jaci Eshenbrenner, Debbie Dout and Jeanie Limbach. She was preceded in death by her grandparents and several aunts and uncles.

Rosary prayers will be said at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, April 10 at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 11, 2015 also at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, Longmont. Cremation has been entrusted to Howe Mortuary and Cremation Services.

Contributions in Robin’s memory are requested to the St. Francis of Assisi building fund.
