Samantha Valarie Woodard

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Samantha, a beloved daughter, sister, and friend, on August 10, 2026. Born on November 16, 1980, in Elmira, New York, Samantha brought joy and warmth to all who knew her.

Samantha was the cherished daughter of Edward and Alice Woodard, and stepdaughter to Joyce Woodard. She is survived by her loving brother Adam Woodard, and her devoted sister Melissa Muth. Her family was the cornerstone of her life, and she cherished every moment spent with them.

A graduate of high school, Samantha was known for her kind spirit and her ability to see the good in everyone. Her warm and happy smile was infectious, and she was a beacon of positivity to all who had the privilege of knowing her. Samantha never had anything bad to say about anyone, a testament to her generous and compassionate nature.

In her leisure time, Samantha found joy in the simple pleasures of life. She adored her cat, King Cole, who was her constant companion and source of comfort. She found peace and satisfaction in the challenge of doing puzzles and was often found lost in the melodies of her favorite music.

A service to celebrate Samantha's life will be held on September 3, 2026, at 1:00 PM at Howe Mortuary, located at 439 Coffman St, Longmont, Colorado. Family and friends are invited to gather and share in the memory of a life well-lived and a person deeply loved.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice in Samantha’s honor. This gesture would mean a great deal to her, as she was a person who believed in supporting and uplifting others.

The family wishes to extend a heartfelt message, “Forever in our hearts, Sammy, we love and will miss you always.”
