Timothy David McCarty, age 69, died at his home in Santa Fe, New Mexico on November 26, 2015. He was the son of Helen Yeager McCarty and the late Horace G. McCarty of Longmont, Colorado. He attended school in Longmont, and graduated from the University of Colorado undergraduate and law school. He worked in Longmont for a time after graduation. He lived in Santa Fe for the last several years. He was an active member of The First Presbyterian Church in Santa Fe. He is survived by his mother, Helen McCarty Hanna, brothers Patrick and Mick, aunt Frances McCarty and many cousins and family. A private family service is planned.
