I met Tyler when we both worked at Google and we stayed in messenger contact over the years as fellow players of games and sufferers of conditions. When you’re on an unusual life path, it’s a rare thing to be able to talk to someone who can empathize. The world is an emptier place without him.

I'd like to offer my condolences. It can't be easy what you're going through, but the Bible has many verses that can comfort you. And this doesn't surprise us: “For all the things that were written beforehand were written for our instruction,f so that through our enduranceg and through the comfort from the Scriptures we might have hope”. (Romans 15:4).
Look at the encouraging words the Bible gives us: “Jehovah is close to the brokenhearted;
He saves those who are crushed in spirit.
Many are the hardships of the righteous one,y
But Jehovah rescues him from them all”. (Psalms 34:18,19).
God is with us especially when we are sad and encourages us through his Word.

Words can't begin to express the sadness and loss of Tyler's passing. You are all in our thoughts and prayers during this tragic time.
