Veronica W. Rice

Veronica Roni W. Rice passed away August 20, 2018 at her daughters home in Northglenn, CO. She was 77 years old.Roni was born on July 2, 1941 in Harlan, Kentucky to Lewis and Lillian (Murray) Collins. She married Billy Rice on December 24, 1957, and together they moved to Colorado in 1960 from Michigan.Roni worked with her husband as a secretary for his company Technical Foam, INC.She was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed bowling.Roni was preceded in death by her husband Billy Rice, Sr.; her son Billy Rice, Jr.; her parents and her sister Avery Speare.She is survived by her daughter Rhonda Stewart and her husband David; her grandchildren Megan Flores and her husband Victor and Rob James; her great-grandchildren Macrina, Victor, Jr., Liliana, Mateo and Jorge Flores; her sister Madonna Gonzaga and numerous nieces and nephews.A celebration of life gathering will be held from 4:00-7:00pm Saturday August 25, 2018 at 23550 E. 156th Ave. Brighton, CO.
