William Everett Elliott was born in Wichita, Kansas, to Eugene Everett Elliott and Margaret Popp. He spent his early years in Kansas and Oregon before moving to Boulder, Colorado, where he attended high school.
He later made his home in Longmont in the early 2000s, after living in Boulder. He was employed for many years with Albertsons in Boulder until his retirement.
In his free time, he enjoyed watching movies and reading books, simple pleasures that brought him joy and relaxation.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene and Margaret, and his brother, Merlin Elliott.
A visitation will be held at Ahlberg Funeral Chapel & Crematory, located at 326 Terry St., Longmont, CO 80501, on October 9, 2025, from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm.
A committal service will follow at Green Mountain Cemetery, 290 20th St, Boulder, CO 80302, on October 9, 2025, from 1:00 pm to 1:30 pm.
