Yvonne Julie Schlosser

Yvonne was born in the city of Lievin, Hauts-de-France, France on February 25, 1924 to Venant Joseph and Lucienne (Letombe) Flamme.

Yvonne was one of nine children, and is believed to be the last surviving sibling in her family. Her father was a miner working in the local coal mine. Her mother passed away when Yvonne was a young girl of 14 in 1939, her father passed away in 1968.

Yvonne met Robert Schlosser during the Paris Bastille Day celebration on July 14, 1945 and they were married 10 weeks later on September 29, 1945.

Robert and Yvonne moved from Missouri to southwest Denver in 1955 raising two Sons, Robert and William.

Yvonne was a member of The Church of God, in Denver and later Brighton Church of God. Yvonne had a passion for gardening and cooking. She loved to spend time with her family and especially her grandchildren.

Yvonne is survived by: Sons: Robert (Susan) and William Schlosser. Grandchildren: Deon (Amy) Schlosser, Stephanie (Ben) Aragon, Sandra Garcia, Kris and Kevin Schlosser. Great Grandchildren: Kelsey Archuleta, Logan (Aaron) Gilmour, Samantha Aragon, Brandon Schlosser, Justine Garcia, Shailee Aragon, Katalina Aragon, Julianah Garcia. Great Great Grandchildren: Elise and Phillip Archuleta, Maddox and Korben Gilmour, Isiah Schlosser.
