She was preceded in rest by her husband, Robert; sons, Ray and Ron; and a daughter, Carolyn.
Mrs. Cook is survived by four sons, Wade G. Cook, Robert Eugene Cook (Vanessa), Thomas E. Cook and James E. Cook; five daughters, Nancy Aubrey, Kathy Cook, Donna Horn, Faye Devers (Scott), and Mary Taylor (Gerald); 25 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Paulette Rearden and Mary Lea Lee.
Her funeral will be on Friday at 1pm at the Advantage Funeral Home – Hardy Chapel , 10907 Dixie Highway, with interment following in Bethany Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday from 1pm until 8pm and Friday from 10 am until the time of service. Donations can be made to Alzheimer's Association or Hosparus.
